Petit Futé
We were featured in this month's issue of one of the largest travel magazines in France: Petit Futé Magazine.
I was in France last week and I have to say it feels pretty nice to be able to buy a magazine in a French shop with La Festa in it.

Review on Tripadvisor
We received this review on Tripadvisor: (Translated from French by Google) "Very good reception from Bjorn (the boss). Possibility to leave luggage for free even before the room is ready (14h) and in case of late check-out. He also tells us very kindly on any questions about the city.A restaurant (pizza) is located below the hotel and it's great! This is also the restaurant which serves for receiving the bed and breakfast. Warm, always smiling, ready at the right price / quality ratio (and a 10% discount for hotel guests on the first meal). The restaurant is only open at night. However, it closes early and does not cause noise nuisance at night. We booked a double room, on the 1st floor of the building. The room is renovated in a rather modern and tastefully (flat screen, coffee maker, safe, minibar). It is not very big but enough for a short stay. The bathroom is designed with electric towel and walk-in shower good size. Coffee and tea are available free in the room. Consumption of the mini bar prices are very reasonable (soft at 1.5 euros). Two umbrellas and an iron are also available. It is also possible to rent two bikes direct from Bjorn and tickets to the various museums of the city (who avoid queuing). The negative point is at the level of sound isolation chamber. Although the hotel is in a very quiet street south of the Jordaan (very good situation!), Our room overlooked the street and we heard loud enough what was happening (enough garbage truck early in the morning for example). However we did not go to the lie-ins so it does not bother us a lot ... Drawback that the studios have not because they are not on the street (and also come with a terrace). To summarize, we had a great time in bed and breakfast La Festa with an excellent quality / price (85 euros the double room plus taxes) and will not hesitate to come back!" Starbucks concept store Amsterdam At Rembrandtplein in Amsterdam Centre Starbucks recently opened its largest store in Europe. Instead of the uniform appearance of Starbucks shops all over the world, this new concept store has a local character. The store is full of references to the 17th century coffee trade in which the Dutch played a significant role. Starbucks calls its new store "the ultimate mix between the best coffee, design and the best of the local community".

It can be serbed in your room any day of the week, any time of the day. The breakfast costs € 9 per person. Our existing breakfast at the bakery around the corner (Vlaamsch Broodhuys) will also be available from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am for € 10,50 per person.
